The Help
it is about three woman,two black and 1 white.and somehow they end up collaborating with each other which is a NO NO during this period.black people are strictly for low job only,it makes me sad and thinking bout racist.i seriously do thankful for living here where i could be friends with anyone,without fearing that my house will be burned down or worst,i will be killed!heart breaking,and heart warming as well.it also makes us think bout how cruel the white used to be.i hope they change a lot since then!its a lovely book.its not based on true stories but the writer experiences it as she lived there.the fear is unimaginable.even if the colored (black) people used the white people toilet,they get beat up!the guy was blinded.n she even touch about Martin Luther King.i love his speech,esp I Dream.this book is good.seriously.
