New love: Shoes!

Hey ya!
I bought a new shoes yesterday, after breaking fast with khyru.  So I bought this HP babies and the spray to keep the suede pretty!
My new shoes!

Here~ Taken from HP

Next, I bought a new spectacles! Cause nowadays I can't drive at night, as my eyesight is so the very the poor~

So here's me with my new spec!:

New specky (excuse the no makeup except the eyeliner, too lazy and woke up too "early")

Old specky

The new one is bigger, in black, and much more nerdier that before. Muahaha. The shoes and the specky combinations are just so nerdy and making me wanna do it as my new fashion trend. XD

Went to Visa interview and the pics with old specky is before the interview. The interview of course succesful *urs truly kan~*, around 5 questions only. So now waiting for my passport and then set date, then we could go! Yippee!

Next, my engagement preparation. Still no idea on food and other budget. Prolly will talk to mom later as, only left 87 days! XD

Thanks Syida! :*

A week review~

Hello world.

Its been a very busy, busy week!
Too much problem in the system which I am taking care of, tomorrow will have a weekly meeting, then I'm busy applying visa for US.
Yes, I'm going to US!
Well, it's actually for work, but at least I can still travel!
Fun Fun Fun!!

Okay for me it will be exciting as:
* First time travelling far from Malaysia! *Singpore is not included here :p
* First time flying!
* It will be paid by the company!
* Sightseeing! Shopping! Whatever~~

No fun cos:
It's work, what do you expect? + If I passed this, the support from R&D will be cut off or minimum, and off I am to troubleshoot and train those interested for these babies of mine.
And hopefully I can still manage to juggle my work, my engagement, the doa selamat, my work in office, and my life. Gosh.
Another down side, moneyyyy. I of course need to spend money there, and need to save up for house, marriage, engagement, doa selamat, and my life. Gosh. Effing gosh!! Can I make it??
Hopefully yes, as if not, I'll be doomeeeed.

For engagement, I am now finalizing the design of the card, of course DIY. <3
And for favors, mom said this nice cake+biscuits which will be lovely for the engagement. It's layered, so it's pretty looking *just how I wanted*

For raya, I gave $$ for Lemang, and that's my only contribution for preparation. Else, duit raya have to sediakan nowadays since already working T.T If not dad n mum always give me duit raya, sobs!
Next, no baju raya yet, and another white chiffon kebaya/dress/baju kurung.

So till then, adios! going to break fast today at saujana gelang patah, will update later on that. bye!

Three:: Your views on drug and alcohol

One
Two
Three!

My view on drug and alcohol?

Well..Alcohol, definitely out as it is haram. Reason why it is haram in Islam?

Read here!

Alcohol is more harmful than heroin or crack when the overall dangers to the individual and society are considered, according to a study in the Lancet.
The report is co-authored by Professor David Nutt, the former government chief drugs adviser who was sacked in 2009.
It ranked 20 drugs on 16 measures of harm to users and to wider society.
Heroin, crack and crystal meth were deemed worst for individuals, with alcohol, heroin and crack cocaine worst for society, and alcohol worst overall.
The study by the Independent Scientific Committee on Drugs also said tobacco and cocaine were judged to be equally harmful, while ecstasy and LSD were among the least damaging.
Harm score
Professor Nutt refused to leave the drugs debate when he was sacked from his official post by the former Labour Home Secretary, Alan Johnson.
He went on to form the Independent Scientific Committee on Drugs, which says it aims to investigate the drug issue without any political interference.
One of its other members is Dr Les King, another former government adviser who quit over Prof Nutt's treatment.
Members of the group, joined by two other experts, scored each drug for harms including mental and physical damage, addiction, crime and costs to the economy and communities.

The study involved 16 criteria, including a drug's affects on users' physical and mental health, social harms including crime, "family adversities" and environmental damage, economic costs and "international damage".
'Valid and necessary'
The findings run contrary to the government's long-established drug classification system, but the paper's authors argue that their system - based on the consensus of experts - provides an accurate assessment of harm for policy makers.
"Our findings lend support to previous work in the UK and the Netherlands, confirming that the present drug classification systems have little relation to the evidence of harm," the paper says.

"They also accord with the conclusions of previous expert reports that aggressively targeting alcohol harms is a valid and necessary public health strategy."
In 2007, Prof Nutt and colleagues undertook a limited attempt to create a harm ranking system, sparking controversy over the criteria and the findings.
The new, more complex, system ranked alcohol as three times more harmful than cocaine or tobacco. Ecstasy was ranked as causing one-eighth the harm of alcohol.
It also contradicted the Home Office's decision to make the so-called legal high mephedrone a Class B drug, saying that alcohol was five times more harmful.
The rankings have been published to coincide with a conference on drugs policy, organised by Prof Nutt's committee.
'Extraordinary lengths'
Prof Nutt told the BBC: "Overall, alcohol is the most harmful drug because it's so widely used.
"Crack cocaine is more addictive than alcohol but because alcohol is so widely used there are hundreds of thousands of people who crave alcohol every day, and those people will go to extraordinary lengths to get it."
He said it was important to separate harm to individuals and harm to society.
The Lancet paper written by Prof Nutt, Dr King and Dr Lawrence Phillips, does not examine the harm caused to users by taking more than one drug at a time.
Gavin Partington, of the Wine and Spirit Trade Association, said alcohol abuse affected "a minority" who needed "education, treatment and enforcement".
Mr Partington, who is the spokesman for the Wine and Spirit Trade Association, said millions of people enjoyed alcohol "as part of a regular and enjoyable social drink".
"Clearly alcohol misuse is a problem in the country and our real fear is that, by talking in such extreme terms, Professor Nutt and his colleagues risk switching people off from considering the real issues and the real action that is needed to tackle alcohol misuse," he said.
"We are talking about a minority. We need to focus policy around that minority, which is to do with education, treatment and enforcement."
A Home Office spokesman said: "Our priorities are clear - we want to reduce drug use, crack down on drug-related crime and disorder and help addicts come off drugs for goo

While as for Drug, I am using it for medical purpose, *all those paracetamol* but however, no for recreational. The same concern on alcohol, as both altered how you think, act and so, NO for both! :D

Live dangerously, but, not recklessly. Take care people!

Golden Churn Harammm????

Darn. No wonder when I tried to bake my cookies all become under cooked, or over cooked. I bought a new oven, so I'm still testing it with a new temperature and settings. No matter what I do everything end up wasted. T.T then today I heard that this butter is now certified as haram, no matter who the manufacturer is.. Darn! And I have 5 left. Wooha. Apa-apa pun, thank you Allah for showing me that this could not be consume. I'll have to samak my stuff later. Grr. Have to find 'tanah bersih' to samak everything. Have to 'taubat nasuha' too, as we already consume those. :(
The non- halal @ haram Golden Churn Butter.

A lil sneak peak~

Tadaaa~

I saw some cute font generator and try it out and I really like how this one turns out. I may use this for invitations and thanks you cards! Weeee~

Diamond rings..emmm....

all taken from diamond& platinum

mmmmmmmmm....
I love the last one!
Although platinum is surely my fav, but since I have to prioritize over so many things, so, I'll make do with whatever I can get my hands on. Right now, I have necklace for engagement.
However I think I'll make our own ring, just going through the design, and prolly after raya we'll find the place to make our ring. :D

Spa Spa Spa~

Hello again. :)
I've been MIA for few days.
Too much work, too little rest.
My first sis was in operation, and got a month MC *me, a day also cannot get. :( *
So I went to her house and picked her up and on Sun, I have to picked up my granma
So I took a leave on friday, and boarded the bus at 12am and arrived at 5am at Terminal Bersepadu Selatan
*pretty but...very empty?*
Then wait until 6am and boarded the train to masjid jamek then gombak *seriusly, i am no expert, but at least I arrived! I used to depend on Khyru so much on public transportation in KlL. grrr turns out I do fine.*
So, fell into a deep coma when I arrived at my sis house, then as I have the coupon for the contest and I asked my bff, Vrinda to come along.
We meet at Midvalley at 1240 (stupid KTM. Tell us if its delayed, okay??*
Then we when by taxi, and greeted by a girl, who took down our names, etc, and off we are to a couple room!
We were asked to strip down and use some flimsy smaller than thong panty and a towel.
Then we were given a body scrub, and almost all parts were touched by the masseuse!
Oh man, by now me and V r bright red!
And then they left us to 'marinate' wf the body scrub and next we went to shower...together!
*another awkward moments*
So when I showered, she went and stand at the corner, and vice versa for my turn.
Next we were given a herbal mask *if i'm not mistaken*
We were wrapped like sushi with a clingy plastic, next after that we have a herbal stone massage *damn, it's hot!*
Next, the Balinese massage, and this one, as an amateur, it's very painful!
I'm still sore even after 2 days....sobs

At 9pm, I already fall asleep like a log and sahur and next day, went back to Kota Tinggi.
Mom bought Kg Melayu Murtabak, our fav, and there's bubur lambuk, and gulai ikan.
Next day, I went to pick my granma from Kukup with Khyru.
And this guy really pissed me offf.
I know he's not someone who will cheat, but somehow, I saw someone name that really make me mad. And yeap, there's explanation for that, but still... He's carelessness or he's I-don't-care-coz-I'm-with-you-now-not-her is....really ticking me off.
Haiz....
Oh whatever, we are getting married someday, so I don't wanna waste my time thinking bout unnecessary matters.
Need to save up for lot of things!
Okay later!

Thanks a lot sis for the price! I had a great time wf my bff! Luckily I didn't bring Khyru along. :p

20s dream home: Nusa Bayu Precint 3D

Here you go for those who interested in Nusa Bayu cute houses in Gelang Patah - Pontian.

Well I've been to Nusa Bayu yesterday as Feeqa send me lotsa pics for the houses (cdt to Feeqa fo some of this pics!) and I fell in love with the 2nd house. It just so cute! However all the corner and lot house already sold. :(
But the best part is, only RM5000 down payment needed!
NO 25K down payment!
You pay RM500 for booking, and another RM4500 if the loan is approved,
then wait 2 years before the house is finished, and NO construction fees!
So you can saved up and spend the money for your house, or anything else!
Then, there are like 20K+- rebate!
The house range from RM250000 to ... not sure how much, but its the monthly installment is pretty much around RM1K++. :)
*But since the house in Gelang Patah is bloody expensive, and paying 1k per month for renting is too much for me, better buy a house and pay 1k per month, at least in the end it still gonna be your house. :) *
Gosh I feel like shouting...
Okay so you guys can drop by at Nusa Bayu launching event on this Saturday and Sunday (13, 14 Aug 2011) to book your dream home!
* I know there is a little info on Nusa Bayu, and I tried to help by providing this details.
I'll be going on this Sat to see more of it!
Come and join me!*

And it will be better if you can drop by and hear it for yourself, in case you wanna buy a house, and its fun to see the house transform from blahh to woowww. :)
I'm super excited, can you tell? And I'm not even working for them! :p
*Nusa Bayu should give me more rebatesss :P *
