So here's the recipe!
Dough:
4 cups of flour
2tsp of salt
1tsp of sugar
1 1/2 cups of warm water
1 package of yeast
1 tsp of oil *preferably olive oil, but I'm just using the cooking oil. :p
First, pour the warm water in a bowl of mixer. Then dump everything from the yeast package, let sit till everything dissolves, then start putting in salt, sugar, and oil. Mixed everything together then start mixing the flour in. However unless you r using a bread hook, this is basically pointless to do it in a electric mixer. I prefer kneading it with my hand. Knead until it's not too sticky and soft. When you push a finger in it, it will bounce back slowly. If its still sticky, add in more flour. Then, put in a bit oil, and cover the dough with the oil. Next, I put a piece of cloth on top of the bowl so that the dough could rise nicely. Then wait for 1 1/2 hour. But the longer you wait, the softer (the middle) and crunchier the crust is.
Ps: some even suggest to add in egg, but I think my pizza dough is already perfect.
For the topping:
* I cheat here cos too lazy to find the ingredients. I used the sauce for the spaghetti actually, a prego one as its already have the tomato base, and all the other ingredients covered! :P Mine I used Prego's Mushroom
Foe meat mania:
Basically I just put everything on it, including chicken frankfurters (a cheesy one and a black pepper one), then I put mushroom and such.
For Seafood Sucker:
Cut a fillet from a fish, then slice is thinly and put it on the topping. Mine I also add in crab meat.
